Zurich-Altstetten

In a quiet residential neighbourhood of the up-and-coming district of Zurich-Altstetten, 21 stylish apartments were created with all the mod cons trendy tenants could ever wish for.

In spite of the compact floor plan in an urban environment, we want to make the green surroundings more accessible to inhabitants. This motivated us to work with French doors and spacious balconies, in order to bring as much natural light and closeness to nature as possible to the living space.
